And I need Coin back. For her coins, but also…for her. And besides…Wonn and Huntress were right. Her potential for darkness is great. Greater if she’s out there alone and unchecked. Orbius, please either come to me or at least respond…and help me. If you need me, I’ll…be the guy leading a big army of supersoldiers. I still have to do that, Coin or no Coin. Jinn out.

JINN breathes, prepping himself for the march that is about to begin without Coin. He walks to the front of the room.

JINN: Soldiers! In formation! And who are you?

COIN: You don’t remember?

PRIEST: Should I?

COIN: The girl of coins. I’m shocked. Do you really meet so many blue-haired girls made of coins that you can’t remember them the next day?

PRIEST: I am but a novice priest. If you visited our temple I must have been elsewhere. Praying, perhaps. But a girl of coins…yes. I believe I’ve heard of you. Two of our priests are now extra strong — they guard the temple day and night against the Drift and other forces. That was your doing?

COIN: I want them back.

PRIEST: Want what back?

COIN: The coins. They’re mine. They were taken from me before I understood my existence. I still don’t understand it. But I’ll come a lot closer if I have my coins back.

PRIEST: I…don’t think that can be done. The elder priests would surely say no.

COIN: Then perhaps you can convince them.

PRIESTS: But surely I also say no. The temple has never been safer than it has with our coin-operated priests watching over us. So I’m sorry, but I will do no such thing.

COIN: I suppose this won’t change your mind? (she begins to emit magic from her hands)

The PRIEST is nervous but stands his ground.

PRIEST: No, no. Now let’s go.

PRIEST: Wait…what’s your name?

COIN: …Coin.

PRIEST: Really? The girl of coins is named…Coin?
